Vice President Jonathan Thiel & Sales Associate Lawrence Oxenberg were pleased to represent a buyer in their acquisition of a Davita Dialysis anchored multi tenant property, in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Oxenberg and Thiel helped their buyer to source, qualify, evaluate and analyze the property, while satisfying a 1031 exchange, just prior to the Christmas Holiday of 2022.

The Buyer, a previous client, plans to operate the property with the existing tenants and income, as an investment.
